The Minnesota Deputy Registrar's Association (MDRA) is a statewide membership organization promoting common interests of deputy registrars in providing professional licensing service to the public and liason to the state.

Whether you need a drivers license or a fishing license, members of the Minnesota Deputy Registrar's
Association can help you with all of your licensing needs. Our member deputy registrars provide:

• Licensing for all types of vehicles, including automobiles, boats, ATVs, 4-wheelers, and snowmobiles.
• Other vehicle registration services, such as license plates or tabs and title transfers.
• DNR licensing, such as hunting licenses and fishing licenses.
